Engineering and StructuralSame as for vision glazing. Solera translucent glazing is project engineered in the same fashion and by the same parties as the vision glass on your project. The standard engineering processes for glass will account for wind and snow loads, thermal stress and unit sizes. Shading coefficient/SHGC performance will be engineered by Advanced Glazings Ltd. to meet aesthetic and performance requirements. Solera's ability to be specified with any architectural glass enables it to accommodate all performance and code requirements. While Solera's honeycomb core does offer certain structural advantages, we recommend that engineering be conducted as though Solera were a sealed glazing unit.
